Only Gremyashchy, Okhotnik, and Kamikaze/Fujin really stand out, all of which are premiums. Most of the tech tree tier 5 destroyers are pretty unspectacular.
Total monster and probably the best IJN cruiser tier for tier.ĭD: Nicholas? - Tough call. Also Giulio Cesare, but that's a premium of course, and a notoriously overpowered one at that.ĬC: Furutaka - Tanky af, which is something few tier 5 cruisers can say, and can overmatch all of its counterparts as well. Only Kongo and Conte di Cavour come close. Speed, armor, concealment, and good guns.
BB: Pyotr Velikiy - No contest, hands down the best tech tree battleship at tier 5.
